15000 miles owned for a year this scooter is great only issue are bushings for the rear arm get ripped easily I'd buy another one

My son received this scooter for his 11th birthday and picked it out specifically for all the bells and whistles. He loves the speed, lights and suspension. The trunk and seat are removable. After a few months the mode would not change out of first or go faster than 10mph. I contacted Ruitoo directly and they were very responsive with their communication. They have offered to send a new part to hopefully fix the issue. I will update the review once the part has been received and the issue is resolved.

Bought this for my son for Christmas we took it out the day after the scooter is very fast and comfortable it almost scared me a little bit LOL make sure you're wearing a helmet only cons were it didn't come with instructions and went to install the luggage you can't fold it or at least I can't I was able to figure out how to assemble it it end up being kind of easy even though I don't consider myself the best person when it comes to putting things together I will update my review after more experience

Scooter has worked great. Had an issue with battery not showing correct state of charge. Contacted customer support. They quickly identified the problem and sent out the replacement part which fixed the problem. Great customer support.

Very bad buy, front lights and break light are not function in use of less then 2 months . I’m relying on this scooter to commute to work, but it is so unsafe on my way back from work without lights in the evening! Once it gets safety issues, this should not be a qualified product for sale. After reporting the lights problem, I was taking this video 3 days later , this scooter even broke down on the road by the time I reaching to the 3rd intersection on my way to work! The rear wheel seemed to be holding, making it completely not move! it’s so so disappointing that I have only been having this scooter for 2 months, as you can see from my video, it’s still new, but already not able to be use! First of all was front light not functioning, and then found out that the break light was not working properly , and then rear wheel was not moving , too much problem!

Everything was great price shipping the scooter itself is great very very happy with everything!

I’m not gonna say I don’t like the scooter. It gets me from a to B as expected, but it is not exactly what I thought I was ordering, it is listed as 48v 18.6 I got 48v 15.6, it is said to go 32 miles per hour and 32 miles but I can only go about 8 maybe 9 miles before my battery is on 2 bars, like I said I love the scooter but I wish the product was what I thought I was buying. On the other hand the ride is smooth it has great power and speed even if it’s not 32mph, very easy to use and fold up when needed. And the safety is excellent all my lights keep me feeling safe when riding in the night I also love the horn affect on it. In my opinion it’s a 7.2-10 purchase.
