I am reviewing Nutriburst - Recovery Electrolytes + 11 Vitamins & Minerals • Support Energy Levels • Performance • Recovery - Suitable for Vegans - 6 Pack: Lemon - Enhanced HydrationThe importance of electrolytes is so misunderstood. THey are vital for our health, we need salts and it's vital to stay hydrated. So a pack of electrolytes are always in my medicine cabinet. Perfect for the morning after a poorly session of D&V. I wanted to like these but they are too acidic for me. Nice flavour, lemon, but just too much as I have acid reflux. I love that they are vegan. I might try just a tiny amount in water instead of a whole pack. I think that will be safer for me.

The Peach is lovely the Lemon and Lime is not and it looks disgusting with black bits in the bottom, which donr appear with the peach one

I gave one star less due to the taste, I normally like the chemical taste of watermelon drinks, but this one is definitely not for me. It is not a bad product, I guess I would like it a lot if I ordered different taste.

These taste really great. It's a nice orange / peach like drink and tastes very refreshing. I like mine quite strong with less water in, however you can add more water depending on how concentrated you'd like the flavour.It comes as a pack of 6, each individually wrapped. I am suprised and dissapointed though for the price that the pack only contains 6 sachet sticks. You'd think they would make a bigger pack for a months supply.Not only do these contain key electrolytes for rehydration, but they also contain different nutrietns, and also probiotics too (100milllion CFU). So I love these for improving my gut health.Apart from the price / there only been 6 sachets, I'd recommend them.

What I didn't like:----------------------Total of sachet is about 3.4g some of them 3.3g supposed to be 3.5g each.--Only 6 sachets in a bag.--Contains Magnesium Citrate, this is the weaker form of magnesium and cheaper, the better option is Magnesium Glycinate as it has much more better absorption in the body than citrate.--Partially synthetic ingredients like the way vitamin c is processed into ascorbic acid, in the ingredients makeup.--Not effervescent [fizzy].What I liked:----------------Some of the ingredients are natural forms like B12 Methylcobalamin.--Taste is nice and not too sweet, does taste like lemon and lime.--Contains Stevia which is better than sugar.--Natural caffeine 50mg per sachet only though.I have to say that it's not overall bad product, but it's not worth 6 sachets that are underdosed, if there was 1 month supply for 7 quid I'd rate an easy 5. Does it work? Not much more than a cup of instant coffee. The main benefit of this is electrolyte, that's pleasant tasting.

These hydration sachets are quite tasty and easy to drink. I like watermelon and it's quite unusual to find electrolytes in this flavour so I was keen to give them a try.The powder takes a bit of persuasion to dissolve fully.I find if you leave it a few minutes and then give it another shake or stir that gets it all to dissolve.It's a nice lightly flavoured drink and the ingredients are a good way to top up your daily intake.I personally think it's a rather expensive product compared to tablets but it depends on what you want from a supplement.

After reading good reviews I was so disappointed with these! I shook and shook and even left it to see if that helped but loads just settled in the bottom !!
