I've been using these for a long time now. They've held up great. They've totally changed the way I do back day, as I can use them for a number of pulling exercises. Would definitely recommend!

Got these cuffs to help me deal with an elbow injury (golfers elbow). Takes the pressure off my elbows when Iām doing pull exercises. Very good quality. Elbow pain almost gone as a result. And added bonus can pull heavier weights when doing pull exercises thanks t these hooks.
