this protein mix is very nice for kids my small brother drink it daily with milk he like the chocolate taste a lot and ask for it himself it have many good things inside like ragi and milk stuff which is good for body it give energy and help in playing games and sports also not too sweet which is good the powder mix well and smell also nice i think its helping him grow better and stay active whole day
