Q: Will this work with Leica s910?

While I haven't personally tried it, I don't see why not. Just make sure to use the correct prism constant (0MM/-30MM)

Q: Is this 110V or 240V, or Dual?

It is not electric at all. It is a reflector prism for use with a total station.

Q: Is the included soft bag/case padded inside, or just a single layer of tough material ?

It has light weight padding, nothing close to a seco bag, but we still use them. Also, the zippers are low quality. However, these are great prisms and check very tight.
