This is possibly one of the best purchase decisions I have made this year. I spend a lot of time working in my home office on two screens splitting activity between the two depending on the task. Some of the things I need to do can only be achieved this way, however when I go out of the office with just the single screen of my laptop, I usually find myself having to miniaturise the screen to fit two windows in it or I print out what would normally be on the other screen before I go. Getting an extender was suggested to me one afternoon and now I wish I had researched and purchased this earlier. My productivity has doubled since I bought the screen, and I actually look forward to business trips now just so that I can show off my set up. My main worry was that the screen would add weight to my already heavy laptop bag, but I was surprised to find how light it was and as a bonus comes with its own professional looking carry bag. The screen looks better than the laptop screen with better depth and sharpness. I might invest in the three-screen set up and use it as my main computer in the office as it’s that good. Connection was no problem as it comes with all the variations of connector cable that you could possibly need. HDMI, C-type, USB3. Setting up is as simple as clipping the screen to your laptop and plugging in the display cable then away you go. Once you have finished you simply unplug, unclip, and slip into its bag and you are done. This is a must have accessory if you work on the go and looks especially professional to your clients. My son mentioned that he would like one too as it would be great for playing his MRP games with his friends.

Product works perfectly and it's so refreshing to have a product that is actually provided with everything you need to plug and play from the outset! I use a HP Envy laptop that HP probably call 'efficient' with its limited USB ports, and so I did have to purchase a mobile docking station to provide sufficient ports, so make sure to be aware of the capability of your own device before purchasing. The ease of use of the product is brillant, everything is provided, including a carry bag. The product weighs about the same as a laptop, so you do have to expect some extra weight with the convenience it brings. This has allowed me to work effectively remotely, and even enabled me to create a 'portable' broadcast studio for a sideline radio hobby where multiple screens is a must. Screen resolution is perfect, and the 'fixing' mechanism provides for longevity as it can be adjusted to fit with many different sized laptops, so will be reusable when I purchase a new device (that I will purchase specifically to fit this screen extension, with sufficient ports!). I am so pleased with this purchase and can't rate it highly enough.

As a 3rd year computer science student this has been a perfect replacement for my previous monitor that previously got damaged during house moving. Having bought this during the black friday sales this kit was at a significantly discounted price making it only £20-30 more expensive than a similar single monitor that I was looking at. However, for a very similar price I was able to get a set up with significantly more screen real estate making multitasking significantly easier, allowing me to have my IDE on one screen, the coursework requirements on another as well as a browser open on the third for guidance with my coursework. The displays are clear and decent quality, particularly in comparison to my 2022 dell latitude where they perform pretty well in a side by side comparison. Set up was pretty much plug and play besides having to switch around the sides that the displays were on and also ensuring that they were set up to extend, rather than have the same screen displayed 3 times. The displays are pretty well built with a nice carbon texture to them, plus they also come in a relatively plush but well built carry case since they're not the lightest, however, they can easily slip away into a bag if I need to do some work on the go or when I go back home at the end of term. Finally, this setup does require 2 USB c ports which unfortunately is all my laptop has, however, each screen has 2 usb c ports and supports power pass through - so you can still charge your laptop through these displays! Personally I had never heard of this company before, however with most things on amazon now, this display extender kit was significantly cheaper than any of the more recognisable brands and given the price I am definitely more than pleased with it. I would definitely recommend this screen extender kit, especially if its on sale, to any student looking for solution that's easy to setup and super portable as well!

I had purchased the domyfan 14" Laptop Monitor and was very happy with the product. In my job I need to do quite a lot of side by side document comparisons so this product was the perfect portable solution. The quality of the device is impressive and and it felt stable and sturdy in key areas (i.e. the hinges). Functionality wise, it allow much more flexibility compare to my traditional (fixed) monitor. The actual display, colour accuracy, image sharpness etc was also good, if not the exactly same tones as my laptop screen. The multi function button/roller controlled the display e.g. contrast/brighteness. It fitted my needs well and I was pleased with the purchase. Unfortunately, after about 11 months in the product developed a fault (which was outside of the offical return period). That said, i still decide to contact them to see what could be done. as I still needed it. I was very pleased to disover the time period did not affect my aftercare experience in the slightest. After explaining the situation and sending some supporting evidence, the aftercare team (I dealt with Sally & Ian) agreed to replace based on the circumstances I described. Based on this, my overall experience witht the product and aftercare was positive.

This has made a world of difference! Really easy to use- connecting was simple, all the cables are included and labeled so no wrong connections, worked first time. Excellent quality and compact, very portable with its own case for protection. I often work from home and had a clunky second screen, now I have this it’s very convenient and screen clarity is excellent, I work in accounting so having two screens makes a big difference. I would recommend this to anyone that’s looking at this extra screen.

As a computer science student recently in need of a new monitor this has been an excellent buy since it is just so portable meaning I can fold it up and take it in my bag, since when its not in use it doubles back on the back of the laptop meaning I can slide it into the laptop pouch as one in my bag. Initial setup was pretty seamless and was pretty much just plug and play, I didn't even have to adjust the side/position of the monitor in windows it was literally setup and ready to go. However, I would recommend adjusting the scaling given this is quite a big screen - this just lets you have more screen real estate for text rather than the boarders of the windows or the taskbar at the bottom. The display is pretty decent quality especially in comparison to my pretty expensive dell latitude laptop. As a computer science student the additional monitor is excellent, especially being able to have it either portrait or landscape, the former being especially beneficial when coding since considerably less horizontal screen real estate is required. The one down side is it doesn't have a built in battery however, at this price it's not particularly expected since its a similar price to standalone monitor I was previously looking at to actually replace this. Despite this it does support power pass through meaning that if you only have one USB C port you can plug your laptop power into the monitor and then the monitor delivers both power and the video signal over a single cable! Overall consider the price, especially when its on sale, this has been an excellent buy, it may not be without minor drawbacks and from a company I personally had never heard of, however, with most things on amazon nowadays this is one of those brands that's the same quality and performance at a fraction of the cost of the big brands like dell and razer. For any student, especially any computer scientists, on a budget I would highly recommend this.

Extended monitor working good, view is good, however the back extension suport is flimsy and gave poor supor to laptop monitor when angled. Also fix for motior is eseasy to nock off the laptop screen as extention monitor is qute heavy for its small size, aldo cable con3ctions are trucky to fit nicely in the port at the back of monitor but considerig the price is not too bad in total sumary.
