Helps With My Iron Levels!
This iron supplement has been very helpful for me. I like that it includes Vitamins C, B6, B12, and Folate — it feels more complete than other iron tablets I’ve tried. I notice I feel less tired and more energized. Easy to take and gentle on my stomach.

renewed energy, improved blood test results
My blood tests showed low iron -- started these and subsequent tests are now in the zone. I also noticed that I'm not wanting to fall asleep on my drive home from work anymore (yikes!). I'm not sure if the increased energy is from these, but I think there's a connection... Easy on the tummy, even if taken on an empty stomach. I have these now on the auto-renewal thingy from Amazon.
