I have been using my bottle of Hemani Saffron Oil, which is made in Pakistan, primarily as a body oil, especially on my lower legs. The oil has been a welcome addition to my skincare routine. The oil has a beautiful color and a subtle, herbal saffron scent that feels natural and calming without being overpowering.The texture of the Hemani Saffron Oil is lightweight and silky. It glides smoothly onto the skin and absorbs well, leaving a soft feeling without greasiness. My skin feels more hydrated and even toned since I started using it regularly.I did an extensive amount of viewing of online videos to figure out the best way to use it. The bottle, although it is safety sealed via its metallic cap, does not include a dropper or dispenser. The relatively wide mouth of the bottle made successful application of the “correct” amount a bit of a challenge initially. I decided to reuse a dropper from an empty Korean skincare product to apply the oil, which worked well.I am only using the Hemani Saffron Oil for skincare, not for haircare or for cooking. For skincare, I think it's a fair value considering the quality and how well it works, though the small size – 30 ml -- means it won’t last long if you're using it in larger areas.Overall, this is a beautiful, skin-loving oil that feels luxurious. With two or three improvements to the packaging, it could easily become a five-star product.

Beautiful saffron oil with wonderful scent of flowery notes. Saffron oil is always a great addition to any of your oil blends. I can't wait to cook with it though. I have used it in my hair which gives it a great shine. Just remember you don't need much.The only thing is there is no dropper. Which is great for cooking but not so much if you're using it for oil blends or diffusers. Having the dropper option would be better. As far as taste, well, it taste like saffron should hitting you with the flower notes.Its a small bottle but you do get alot. Its not like those small bottles from other essential oil companies. So you get a good value

The scent is refreshing, not as strong as saffron comes across in cooking. I tested it on a small patch of skin and did not have any adverse reactions. I also tried it on a dry patch of itchy skin and it did seem to soften/soothe the skin and I didn't have itchiness again until the next day. I need to research more uses for the product. The only other thing I tried it on was the tips of my hair to help with split ends. I didn't care for the texture, it seemed more drying on hair.. but I will have to keep trying it to see if that gets better. Overall, I like the sent, only complaints would be not having more direction on how to use it on the packaging, no dropper top (so you have to be careful when pouring it), and it seems the adhesive on the labels were coming off the bottle upon arrival.

The media could not be loaded. I tried this saffron oil mainly for skincare. It comes in an amber glass bottle with manufacture and expiration dates, which is a plus. However, it arrived loose inside the box without any padding, which could’ve led to damage.The oil is lightweight, absorbs quickly, and doesn’t leave an oily feel. It makes the skin feel soft, but it has no dropper, which makes application less convenient.The scent is very mild and plain - not what I’d expect from something marketed for aromatherapy. It’s also colorless, and the label doesn’t mention the extraction method or carrier oil.Overall, it works for moisturizing but falls short in other areas. Hope this helps someone decide.

Added this Saffron oil to my DIY skincare and hair oil blends and it’s giving luxury on a budget. Light, non-greasy, add moisture, and plays well with other oils. My skin feels glowier, and my hair’s softer and more manageable. Very mild, pleasant scent. Small bottle, big impact. Definitely keeping it in the rotation.

This saffron oil has a distinctive scent that might not be for everyone, but the oil is relatively light and absorbs relatively quickly when applied to the skin, offering light rather than heavy moisturization. The glass bottle is a reasonable thickness and is amber tinted to help preserve the quality of the oil.However once the cap is removed, the opening is pretty wide and is a more appropriate size for a larger bottle of culinary oil than for use in a skincare and/or haircare regimen, and this bottle holds such a small amount of oil that even for culinary use, I'd prefer there to be a more narrow opening to better control the amount and distribution of the oil.Aside from this issue, though, the oil works pretty well in skincare (the way I'm currently using it), and hasn't irritated my skin or made it feel greasy. So while there are other oils that smell more pleasant to me, it's a decent oil.

I never thought of using saffron oil for skin care before, but it makes sense. The smell isn’t overpowering and it does moisturize. Even for a small bottle a little goes a long way. I was a bit miffed that it doesn’t mention what the carrier oil is. Surely this isn’t just pure saffron. If it does say, it is not in English. So while I like it, I have mixed feelings on this.I will use this bottle, but I am unsure if I would purchase a replacement.
