Wonderful cheese! Not too salty! It's just right. I use this on my popcorn a couple of times a week. I refuse to run out of this stuff.

Excellent quality and quantity! We make our own sauces for different dishes and this has been really great. The ingredients on this label are healthier than other brands we have seen. It tastes really well and you don't need to use a lot of it to get the cheddar flavor.

The taste was great! I used it as an inclusion for my sourdough bread! It isn’t the same as the real deal cheese but it works! The resealable package is awesome.

Not sure what I was expecting. It's a nice mild cheese flavor, fairly salty. Used as substitute after dental work/chewing ban. During experiments, found: softened butter + powdered cheese = Pretzel/Cracker Combos filling duplicate. Can't eat them anymore, so it was a nice surprise. But longterm, probably going to find a cheese blend for some variety from bite to bite. Maybe a sharp cheddar and a blue cheese? Further experimentation warranted.Didn't trigger gluten issues. Seems ok value for money. Small amount goes pretty far. Not sure why it's so orange.

I finally broke down and bought this particular cheese because of all the ratings and reviews I searched through. Let me tell you it does not disappoint you in anyway. I did order another cheese brand that was just as popular as this one and it was a flop, too salty, not cheesy enough, and was thicker. This brand blows all of those other's out of the water. It is very fine, very cheesy, and you will find yourself eating it straight out of the bag. You will want to purchase this on a subscription because you will go through it so fast. You will find yourself using it on absolutely everything you can. Trust me you will not be disappointed with this cheese!!!

This is okay for a cheese topping but it lacks cheeesy flavor so you use more to achieve flavor. If I purchased again I wld have to mix it w another cheddar powder from a previous purchase. It was bright orange and more cheesy

I looked through several options for best price/ best reviews/ cleanest ingredients. This product won the selection. Used this to make high protein Mac and cheese (blended together cottage cheese, milk, powder, shredded cheddar, salt & pepper- then mixed with high protein noodles). Family loves it!

Made macaroni with a little melting processed cheese (ends in -eeta) and this cheese powder and it tasted remarkably similar to the boxed stuff! I love it for my picky family who prefers the boxed mac but I like to be able to control what goes into the food I eat and serve.
