One of the best BCAA i have come across. I have been using the Green apple flavour. It is good to taste and the after taste is very mild.Results of this particular bcaa is great. I had used several other brands and thus i can say this product is no less. It tastes really good. Results are optimum and product is cost effective. Much recommend for fitness enthusiasts.

It’s tastes good and also helps in recovery but I can state with 100 % confidence that this product has lead to kidney Irritation which is why I’ve experienced an unprecedented amount of urination. One sip and I had to got to pee. It’s loaded with Sucralose which tastes great but is also screwing up the Gut Biome, I was severely constipated and had to resort to Isabgol and lots of pro biotics to restore proper GI function.

Flavour is good, I ordered green apple. And the ingredients are clean and great for recovery and energy. One scoop is 10gm which is decent size.Its a must for fat loss clients as they will be in calorie deficiet. So, this supplement will help a lot in their workouts.
