The product is exactly as described; the tablets are green coloured, and easy to swallow. I find them useful after exercise, especially if i’m looking forward to a restful sleep. And it has had no side effects as far as digestion is concerned.

Smells with acetone. I think it's not magnesium at all. Think of your health first. I returned the bottle.
