My Nan loves this. It reminds her of her childhood. She finds a smell gorgeous. It’s easy to use and last a long time would definitely buy again.

I always buy this talc, not necessarily the lavender but always woods of Windsor. No matter which one I buy the smell is lovely.

Very good quality product in nice looking box

There are no instructions for opening this perplexing packaging. The only way to get the lid off was to ruin the cardboard surround. Someone suggested just pulling hard on the top black flap that sticks up and it should open, there ain’t nooo wayyy! lol! It’s completely impractical even though the powder is nice. For this price, they really should’ve splurged for something with screw threads or a snap on top. Sad.

Overall, I like this box of dusting powder and the puff that is included in the dispenser the artwork is pretty and it sits well on my dressing table. The scent of the powder is pleasant but subtle so it won't mask or distort the complexity of any other perfume if applied. I do feel that the packaging could do with a little more thought though. I say this because the lid is difficult to remove unless one uses a tool of some sort to prise the package open (in my case a filleting knife). I'm pretty sure it would not be difficult to design a lid that fitted over the top of the box instead of being literally rammed underneath the rim with no obvious means of removing it. I felt that having to solve the puzzle of opening the box without damaging it was a task that I simply didn't expect in such an expensive product.

I bought this to use one handed after a hand operation. It works well, much easier than trying to use an ordinary talc container and feels quite luxurious. A nice pampering touch just when I needed it.

It's very nice powder, fine and not chalky with a gentle lavender smell, however the puff, which is really the reason I bought it, is more like a cosmetic puff...quite thin.For this reason I think the item is way overpriced
