This is very nice and quality all-natural pampas grass. These were shipped well-protected and arrived safely. I never knew about the leaving in the sun and hairdryer trick or the hairspray trick until reading the tips on the product pictures. Natural is so much better than fake, and these reeds, with their natural color, are great to mix with any color vase or decor. The color is also great for adding a pop of color to blend even better with your decor. This set of 11 pieces of Pamas Grass Decor was tall and as described. i loved this set and it softens and livens the living room decor which has a lot of wood, glass, and iron elements. It did not shed a lot when shaken. However, if you have a hound dog, I warn you they might feel threated. I put a few in a vase next to the couch and apparently my hound felt the need to protect me and I woke up to them shredded all over the couch and around the dog. Once the hound knew the pampas wasn't a threat, I could keep them in the vase where I wanted. (He didn't touch the ones that were away from the couch.) I was worried about the cats but if you have dogs beware these might look like animal tails. That aside, I absolutely love these and they are very beautiful on the floor and on and end table, they not only soften the room, but they had movement and flow. Very happy. So, this dried pampas grass came packaged well and the box was not damaged. Upon opening, I was a little disappointed that several stems were broken. It's not a huge deal breaker for me as I have just adjusted my plans where I will be using them. But, I could see that it could be a problem for someone else considering the description is for 11 pieces of 'tall' pampas grass. I put these in one vase to show the difference in height and the obvious ones around the bottom were the broken stems.The pampas grass is nice and full. It does take a few days for it to sort of relax and fluff. I do suggest, as the instructions say, that you spray with hair spray once fully relaxed to keep down any shedding. Had none of the pieces been broken, it would have been five stars.

I love this pampas grass - it is of excellent quality! I’ve purchased a lot of pampas grass over the years, but this one is exceptional in that it fluffs out much faster and better than most. The packaging was also very secure and smart, with the grass protected inside of hollow reeds.I like to shake the stems outside to get the loose fibers out, and then leave them in the sun to expand. One can also use a blow dryer and some hairspray to help the grass fluff out fully and keep its shape.There are eleven stems of pampas grass but they are so tall and full that it looks like more. They fill my large floor vase (aka beautiful antique fire extinguisher) perfectly and add just the touch of elegance and drama to my entryway that I wqs hoping for. I’ll bookmark this brand for any further pampas grass needs. Great product and value!

These natural pampas are absolutely beautiful and large, adding a stunning, fluffy touch to any decor. However, they do shed, so it’s best to open the box outdoors, shake them to remove excess shedding, and use hairspray to minimize further shedding. Once prepped, they’re a fantastic way to elevate your decor, whether for your home or an event. Despite the shedding, they’re a great value for the price and create a lovely, natural aesthetic. Highly recommend for those willing to put in a little extra care!
