Love it! Really quiet and it goes forward and backwards. Really a great price has remote. I bought to carry to work. I sit at a desk all the time I don’t move around that much. I have been sitting at my couch and using it. I really like it. I can feel it on my legs when I get off it. Just what I needed. Worth it!

After two knee replacements and back surgery in two years I can use all the movement I can get! Since I watch a lot of tv, having this elliptical at my feet is just the ticket for my laziness! I mean, I do get out and go for walks, but a body in motion stays in motion, etc...!This machine is light enough for me to tote from across the room, but yet doesn't move a fraction when using it. I usually use it in manual, but it's easy to use with the remote. I can feel my legs actually getting some action, unlike cheaper made models I've tried.Downside is that the display is darn near impossible to read from where I'm sitting, but to be fair, I'm really going for activity alone rather than really trying to get a real workout. Hence why I use it in manual more often than not. I mean come on, this is not to be used as a replacement for real exercise, but more for just keeping the old body moving.

It also has an auto mode for using the elliptical with forward or backward movement & is equipped with a low noise quiet & smooth operation that is easy to use. This elliptical is made well with a nice black color eith orange trim design & functions greatly, I wasn’t aware that it had an auto mode, I assumed only the pressure or weight was adjustable but the auto speed is adjustable with manual preset programs. The price listed is within a fair price range value for this style of portable under desk elliptical that is easy to carry, great for exercising use or to relieve muscle stiffness from strenuous long-periods of sitting down.

I will start out by saying this machine was easy to use (turn on/off; pick speed; etc) and was very quiet. However the description fails to mention there is very little tension within the pedals. I was hoping for an exercise bike equivalent machine in a smaller size. This product is not that. The machine can move at a faster speed but the tension always remained the same no matter how fast you pedaled. This would be a great machine for an older person or someone with mobility issues who otherwise gets very little exercise. For someone looking to build muscle strength, there are better options on the market.
