Love this it’s an awesome project to do with your kid and gives the whole doll house feeling withought it being to much the toys that come with it obviously cheaply made but other than that it’s amazing especially if it falls super easy to put back together

Very flimsy, way too many pieces to have to put together. Falls apart easily. Not sturdy enough for a 3 year old.

This playset is designed to be not just a dollhouse, but a creative building set as well. There's a sheet of basic instructions and a parts inventory, but the color pictures on the box give the actual examples of different building styles. The frame is all plastic rods and connectors, with cardboard walls that insert within the frame. The walls could be thicker, but they have cute graphics and are somewhat protectively coated, so they can be wiped clean. The furniture is plastic and on the cheaper side, but it's sturdy enough and has decent coloring and details. You get four identical 4 inch dolls, all having pink hair and different clothes, except two of the dolls have the same outfits. They're cute, have basic movement, and are hard plastic with vinyl heads. Their size is a tad big for some of the set, but they work well enough. I think this set is most appropriate for kids who are at least 4 years old and can understand the assembly process. All in all, it's a cute set that can provide education along with entertainment for an affordable price.
