machine distilled the tap water in a few hours. water didn't taste good and it smelled funny. after i drunk a glass of the distilled water i got very ill. i ordered a tds meter to check distilled water and the machine didn't distill the tap water, it made it worse. no wonder why i got ill and luckily i only had a glass. i decided to return the machine but the seller didn't respond to return request. i contacted to amazon support and they created return for me. the seller still not responded any of the return requests either messages sent by amazon. im trying to get my refund which is problematic as the item is not sold by amazon, i wish i did my research better. do not recommend this product and do not recommend this seller.
