Charger good. Battery for Bose round speaker failed to accept charge.

Contacted Bose customer service and told them that my speaker wasn't charging. Told me it was no longer under warranty and would cost $100 to fix it. I bought this and it works great.

Had problems connecting a cable to charge. Was not lined up right. No problems with the charge cradle. Basically align itself. Works every time.

TL;DR: My Bose Soundlink Revolve+ was unusable after the micro-USB port failed. This charging cradle made my day! It's a great alternative to the expensive Bose dock, offering a better solid fit, reliable charging, and at half the price. Full Review: My Bose Soundlink Revolve+ was basically a a paperweight and fancy bookend after its micro-USB port died after 8 mo. from purchase. The warranty was gone (according to Bose), and I was pretty bummed. Then, I discovered the gold contacts on the bottom of the speaker and realized it could be charged other than the prone to failure micro-USB port! I ordered a Bose dock, but it said several weeks out before I'd get it. So, I also ordered this Mjwbxseh charging cradle in the meantime. I'm SO glad I did. This thing runs circles around the OEM dock/cradle! It charges my Revolve+ perfectly every time, no issues. When the Bose dock finally arrived, and I was disappointed. It didn't fit the Revolve+ properly, wiggled around, and the connection kept breaking. So I went back to this Mjwbxseh cradle as it has a much better fit – snug and secure. It's also a fraction of the price of the Bose dock (which I returned), and it works like a charm! Plus, with Amazon Prime, I got free shipping. The best of both worlds! Overall, I'm incredibly happy with this Mjwbxseh charging cradle. It's affordable, reliable, and has saved my Bose speaker from from donation and/or possible the landfill. Got this for my Bose Sound Link Revolve+ and it works well, but the speaker is a bit wobbly when docked. The combination of the “C” shaped mating connector being just a bit tall and the slightly tapered face (towards the outer diameter – check pic) of the dock contributes to this wobbliness. I suppose it was a conscious design decision to ease placement of the speaker onto the dock and to ensure the charging pins make a solid connection, but it just feels janky. Other than that, it performs as it should for a dock and charges at the same rate as when the speaker is plugged in directly to the charger. Another feature that they show in the product pictures but don’t mention is the USB-A port (rated at 5W) that you can use to charge another device either individually or simultaneously (in the latter scenario, it may reduce the charging rate for both devices since the total wattage is split; as long as you use an USB charger rated to 10W, it shouldn’t be a huge issue). At the end of the day, it’s a cost-effective alternative to easily charge compatible Bose speakers, obviating the need to mess with the micro-USB cable all the time.
