I bought a color black jacket and ended up returning it due to having pocket holes on the right side, then I bought another one but this it is red this time, again it has pocket holes on the right side. I did not put anything sharp or blade, inside the pockets and my nails are very short, just winter gloves on both pockets. I decided to keep the red one since I did not have any winter jacket that fits on me. I thought I left a review about their product and how I was disappointed on the pocket holes. To cut story short, the seller reached out to me and asked me about the pocket holes and told me that they will check the pockets. Seller asked me if it was okay if they can send me a another winter jacket and ensured that they will send a new one without packet holes. They did NOT asked me to changed my reviews whatsoever. Quality of the product is great based on the one the last one I received and no pocket holes. The jacket is warm and can keep you warm around -45degrees windshield. I am from a city and province that the weather/winter can get pretty brutally cold and unforgiving. I really recommended their jackets and their customer service is pretty excellent.
