I got this supplement due to my fibromyalgia, leg cramps and sleep issues, I noticed a change within second week after taking it consistently. The size of pill is great not to hard to swallow, doesn’t have an aftertaste which is a plus point. Added health benefits from this supplement is that not only helps with sleep issues but immunity with zinc and vitamin D. Affordability makes me a returning customer. I thankful to have found a perfect blacked product that worked/ works for me so well. I really like the bottle design, not requiring too much space for storage making me think it would be not a hassle while traveling.

I've been sleeping better, not sure if it is due to this supplement. The capsules are indeed huge, but I've had no problems taking it with water.
