Sleep better after a week. They are pretty big but they have no taste so that’s good.

Helpful for wellbeing and sleep
This specific combination (magnesium, vitamin D and zinc) is usually recommended to improve testosterone level and function in aging men, which it helps. The magnesium glycinate it contains is also the preferred form of magnesium supplement in terms of absorption and to help sleep, and it can work wonderfully even for jet lag, without residual morning grogginess. No side effects so far.

With patience will come relief
I got this supplement due to my fibromyalgia, leg cramps and sleep issues, I noticed a change within second week after taking it consistently. The size of pill is great not to hard to swallow, doesn’t have an aftertaste which is a plus point. Added health benefits from this supplement is that not only helps with sleep issues but immunity with zinc and vitamin D. Affordability makes me a returning customer. I thankful to have found a perfect blacked product that worked/ works for me so well. I really like the bottle design, not requiring too much space for storage making me think it would be not a hassle while traveling.
