I take these all the time and it helps so much and they don’t taste bad

These have helped my IBS. Although not perfect they have worked better than other IBS gummies I’ve tried. They have regulated my bowl movements fairly well. To the point where it’s more manageable. They do cause considerable gas and poo is rather smelly. Have some cramping. I have dropped taking linzess every day and use it only when really bound up.

I don’t know what they put in these gummies but they are the FIRST digestive product that I’ve tried that actually takes that lower abdominal puff away! 🥹 They relieve that lower belly bloat - girls, I know you know what I mean - and they will prevent it from happening if taken ahead of time. I don’t use them daily, only when I need relief, or when I know I will need it as preventative care, i.e., when I know I’m working a long night shift and my sleep pattern is gonna get messed up.
