We use it in our front door. We also have a ring doorbell in our front door and we actually like this camera better compared to the ring doorbell. So much more useful, the fact that the camera rotates around to give us view of the surrounding areas and the solar power is a great plus, where as the ring doorbell we are constantly having to charge it.

UPD: the seller provided replacement and it works well! were able to spot a bike theft on the second day of useoriginal feedback: as you can see on the photo: one of the antennas is broken and there are clear scratches on the body; replacement ordered.side note: seem like the antennas are fake - there are no wires go into the antenna and the antenna itself just a solid piece of plastic

It works great an has great picture an video quality it was also super easy to set up an it seems very durable an made well an the battery life is great you never have to have it plugged in or anything the solar panel keeps it always charged

The camera has a built-in Li battery, supporting it a long running hours. It also comes with a solar panel, which continuously charges it by itself so that it keeps 100% power most of the time. The 4K lens beat many other 3K, 2K, or 1080P mainstream competitors.

This was my second beenocam purchase, I loved the first one. This one sucks.- The app doesn't have saved presets like my other cam. You have to manually pan to see different things instead of just hitting a button to auto-navigate. This also removes all the related features like automatically returning to a specific position on startup or after motion tracking.- Viewing via Alexa only shows the telephoto lense (not the normal wide angle lense), so you can only see the very center of the image. This is reason enough for me to return it. 90% of what I can see in the app is missing since I can only see the very center of the camera image. This makes it unusable to me.Picture quality is good, but it fails at the basic usability stuff. I wish I could get the model I purchased last year instead. It looks exactly the same but there were so many more features.

Camera connected easily. The app is easy to use and intuitive. No subscription needed unless you want more storage time for your videos. The videos are great day and night. Very clear. So glad I purchased this camera I can check on my house while I’m at work.

Beware, it says in the description that it works in 2.4 and 5 g, then you order and it says in the manual that it only works in 2.4, thanks for wasting my time
