Customer support is really helpful. App is also really easy to navigate. Overall, very very helpful if your phone does not support esim. Switching between sim is also very easy.

I'm not sure if I have a defective sim card or what but i've tried this in half a dozen unlocked android phones and my GL-iNet GL-X3000 5G router, with 4 different providers, and it has never successfully downloaded a profile to the sim card. It just errors out at 90% downloaded. I've even tried it on eSIM capable phones to rule out IMEI eSIM compatibility filtering or something and still no luck. It's too late to return it so go figure, but that's obviously on me. The other thing I find concerning is the app doesn't work after downloading it from the Play Store. It tells you to download an update from their website that's 4 times the size of the app on the Play Store. I'm not saying anything fishy IS going on, but it's very odd and suspicious.

It took me 2 weeks to get it to work. The instructions to get it to work dont help if your download is unsuccessful. There is no guidance on what to do when the download is unsuccessful. Is says confirmation code is optional. Its a minimum requirement on third party sims. You must make sure to include or your sim will not download and out hear in south africa, the QR code expired if not used in 3 hours, so i ended up buying a simcard 3 times. But all that is behind me, the sim works great.

It works really well for what it needs to do, but my biggest gripe is the app itself. The UI takes a bit to figure out as profile switching isn't entirely clear. But the worst thing is that you need an internet connection in order to switch profiles. It doesn't tell you this and will just fail if you try, but when you land wherever you're going, if you can't get on the airport wifi, or didn't switch prior, you won't be able to switch to the eSIM profile you want to use!

My android phone is not esim compatible, so I used this esim card to be able to have access to data when not on wifi when I was in Europe. Also had to purchase esim data of course, which wasn't expensive. I did not buy the data from EIOT (the maker of this esim card) even though it was available from them. Using a different company for the data wasn't a problem. Of course, when using this esim card, I could not text or make/receive calls. But I knew that would be the case. This esim card worked as it was supposed to and was easy to use.

La probé con varias esim de omv basados en altan (mexfon, newww, bait) y no funcionó. Me indican desde el soporte de las operadoras que este dispositivo se identifica como un dispositivo IOT (usb, modem, sensor, camara, etc) y no como un smartphone regular y no se termina de descargar el perfil, es decir, es incompatible. No todo está perdido. Con movistar y ATT funciona correctamente, no lo he probado con telcel. Le coloco 3 estrellas porque mi intencion era usarlo con operadoras de redes altan y no pude. Ignoro si con otros OMV de altan llegue a funcionar, no quise gastar mas dinero comprando esim y pagando planes.

Había adquirido la eSIM.me para contratar planes de eSIM pero en Mexico sólo funciona con la red Altan (Mexfon, Bait por ejemplo) que no es muy rápida. Intenté instalar un eSIM de Wim y no funcionó y buscando otra opción encontré EIOTClub que funciona perfecto con la red Att que es mucho más rápida. Además permite tener 9 planes de eSIM instalados al mismo tiempo. Muy recomendable.
