this doesn't fully adhere; it is utterly useless. SO because of this product I was not protected from the output of my stoma all day. this meant corruption of my skin to the point it is broken and bleeding.

These Heagimed base plates were bought separately and don’t align with Heagimed’s colostomy bags bought earlier. I had to discard 3 bags and pull off the base to replace with a sample I got from an expensive brand right away. Colostomy patients don’t buy these for fun. It can be mortifying when you’ve got a bunch of these and you think they’ll tide you over for the next 5 weeks (10 baseplates) - and they don’t. I thought I had found a good inexpensive substitute when I first bought this brand in a combo box. Aligned well, and didn’t leak. But now it looks like I’ve just lost more money and last night, my peace of mind.
