I am on my 3rd bag of this, I absolutely love it. My hair is getting longer faster, and my skin is so much better. I love the taste (Mixed Berries) and how smoothly it dissolves, there is no clumps at all not even in the bottom, it mixes great, I usually drink it with water but you can put it anywhere, the taste is great. it also has some probiotics, hyaluronic acid as well as resveratrol so you have it all in one bag. my only down side is that it doesn't have a bigger bag, if I could buy a 5lb bag I would. 5 stars, 100/10 recommend, getting another bag delivered tomorrow.

It's hard to establish a routine when a supplement doesn't taste good. But I'm happy that this actually tastes great! The only problem I have is that it gets clumpy and it's hard to mix it so I have to scoop out the bigger chunks 5 minutes into mixing. So I'd probably get a mixer for this or a brother. I have the mixed berry flavor and I like to add it in to a glass of juice.
