Nice vest happy with it (but runs very small)
It took me a while, but I finally decided to try a running/ hydration vest after seeing so many other runners wearing them. I run outdoors at least 50 miles a week and have been wearing a phone belt / fanny pack type thing around my waist for too long and before that an armband phone holder. I always run with my iPhone, a house or car key, my ID and carry a folded up bandanna. My iPhone is the big heavy one and the phone belt was stretchy so no matter how tight I wore it would still bounce a little and it’s never been comfortable but I tolerated it. The vest is a game changer because now I can carry all my stuff plus water and more, and the weight is distributed evenly on my torso. I run a lot in a state forest, it’s remote in some parts so I wear a whistle around my neck on a lanyard, but it was scratchy and annoying, now I have a pocket for that too and room for a small pocket knife. I like that this vest has a reflective strip on the back and small reflective features on the front even though I usually don’t run in the dark. It’s comfortable and breathable and I like the back pocket to stow stuff, my bandanna, gloves or hat or a snack and anything I might pick up along the way. All in all great decision buying this and I’m a believer now.I read the reviews saying it runs small, so I ordered the Medium-Large size thinking it would be fine because I wear a medium size in running shirts, but it was way smaller than I expected. I returned it for a Large-Extra large size and it was a perfect fit.Be advised, the Medium-Large size did not include a 500ml Soft Flask at the time I bought it but the L/XL did. That explains why the M/L vest was around $7 cheaper.

Game-Changer for Runs & Walks!
This running vest is an absolute must-have for anyone hitting the trails or pounding the pavement. Lightweight, breathable, and bounce-free — it fits like a second skin. The water reservoirs and easy-access pockets make staying hydrated and fueled effortless. I barely notice I’m wearing it, except for how much more comfortable and prepared I feel. A total upgrade to my outdoor runs & walks!

Good running/hiking vest
Why did you pick this product vs others?:It had pretty good reviews already so I decided to give it a try. It's sturdy, fits my phone, keys, a small running waterbottle. Worn it multiple times on runs but also on hikes to keep essentials nearby. Really good!

love this product!!
I absolutely loved using this running vest! Originally I kept my phone in my pocket while running but it was bouncing and I felt like it was going to fall out of my pocket. This vest was so nice though because it allowed me to place my phone in the phone holder area and I barely felt the weight of the phone while running. It also comes with lots of other spaces for your water bottle, keys, chapstick, etc. I also appreciated the feature of the size adjustment which allowed me to run comfortably!

Sizes run small, better for smaller folks..like children, fine as a standalone hydration pack
Maybe it is the lightweight construction, but the vest feels a little flimsy. It also is quite petite for a large/x-large. I had to open the straps all the way out to get the very small clips to latch. It is so tight fitting then, that when trying to carry anything else it becomes uncomfortable. I am a pretty average shaped person, 5'10 at 185 lbs.The water pack is like a thick balloon with a sipping nozzle at the top. The nozzle comes off to fill and has an inner tube and an outer "bite" tube. Recommend some vinegar and water flushes for safety,It doesn't seem like it will take much wear and abuse. Probably better suited for children.
