It quit working after two days. Unable to return it and I’m getting no help from the manufacturer. This is an I person return product (QRCode). I live 15 hours away.

Love the device itself but the charger cord is defected I have to wiggle it unplug and plug in again, still have to wiggle prop it up in a certain spot or it won’t charge. Would like new charger with no cost to myself. Please respond ASAP. Thank you!

This is the strangest thing - A lot of reviews say the item does not vibrate. I bought three, my mom's did not work for her so she brought it to me to return. It works for me. I am watched her do it and it does not work for her, it only works for me. They are exchanging it and we will see if it works for her.

I simply loved it and saw results from the first use! I've been using it for the second day, but the first day I used it wrong, then I saw that some people had reported that it turns off after a while and that it doesn't vibrate... I thought I had this same problem, but when I took off the protective cover of the LED it vibrated and got hot, and it turns off after 5 minutes which is programmed for the indicated time... after I did everything correctly I was surprised by the excellent result! I highly recommend it, it's wonderful.

Blue light function stopped working 30 days after purchase and 1 day outside return window. Other settings still working for now but probably not worth the spend or risk of not getting a working product.
