Blanket is well made and does the job. Good feature with temperature memory. Does not remember "on time" which requires resetting each time it's turned on. Control cords unit to unit could be a little longer. Control to blanket plug is fine. Maintains temeprature and heats well. Good value.

I have been so disappointed at heated pad I bought-- they are expensive and bad quality with bad textile and with a few wires spread inside the sheet. The one I used is from Sunbeam, the design is unbelievably nonsense--they do not place wire on the head and feet part of the pad, which makes it sooooo cold for my neck and feet. It's also ineffective, I had to preheat for 4 hours to warm up my bed.However, this one makes me so happy!!! I feel obligated to write a good review for them. It is super powerful and super warm, you immediately feel the heat--takes 1-2 hours to preheat bed. And material is so soft and cozy, which makes it even warmer. It's even cheaper than other brands.PS: I strongly suggest checking if the feet and head parts are covered by the wire, for any brand you buy.

I decided to wait for a while to do a review on this item. It does seem to heat up pretty well. The top of the pad is a brushed fleece type material. But, as with all mattress pads, it still slips on the edges and bunches up under the sheets. I wish that manufacturers would use better material for the sides of these things. They're flimsy and stretch out.It heats up very well and we find that we can get by very comfortably with it even as low as 1 or 2. I like it higher when I first get into bed but I lower it for the rest of the night. NOTE: It does NOT heat up at all at the top of the pad - near the head and under the pillows. Which is OK because we would roast. THe bulk of the heat is from about the top of the back to the feet.My biggest complaint on this item is those controls. They are confusing and HUGE. And HEAVY. Again - why can't manufacturers make small, compact controls for these things? There are 2 of them and they are so clumsy on the bedside table, always getting pulled or knocked off. Just ridiculous. Also, the plug is annoying. It is pretty far up on the pad and my husband finds it VERY annoying as his feet are always brushing over the top of it under the sheet. He is 5'11" and it drives him nuts.However, all in all, it fits the queen Sealy memory foam mattress pretty well except for the bunching up under the flannel sheets.

I think I read reviews for every single heated mattress pad there there was on here. Some didn’t heat the entire bed top to bottom, some had too bright of light on the remote, some were uncomfortable and you could feel the wires, etc…After finally choosing this one, I can honestly say I’m so happy with it! You can’t feel the wires on it, it’s got a little cushion (not a ton like a regular mattress topper but that’s not its purpose), and it heats the bed thoroughly. There is only one wire which makes it super easy not to tangle and make a mess, and there’s plenty of cord length to run fully under the bed. The light also goes off on the remote so it doesn’t annoy you all night, and it functions without any problems. The price was better than a lot of the competitors which was the biggest factor in my decision.I will say I think I do prefer a blanket to a mattress pad, just because I love the heat on top of my legs… but this gets the bed just as toasty in less than 2 minutes. I love that you can preheat it before you get in and then set a timer so you don’t wake up sweating in a few hours. It truly is wonderful so far. Of course we’ll have to see as it ages, but so far- so great!!

I love that it’s easy to use, you can preheat it and it works for the entire night. I have severe back problems due to a previous lumbar fusion and this heat keeps the pain at bay. It is easy to wash and the quality is impeccable for the price.!
