My girlfriend is gluten free, I substituted this as a wrapper for eggrolls. It fried to a crisp and gluten free. The eggrolls came out really good.

The tofu skin is wet inside the package instead of being dry and brittle. The package seems intact so I have no idea how something like that would happen. I’m assuming it is bad and I will not be eating it

This is a very tasty addition to soup or stir fry but both times we ordered it it was in a box with unrelated items and unwrapped. The first time it was half smashed the second time it was pulverized. It is a delicate and delicious item that must be protected from being crushed in the package.

I love tofu skins. Use them as a noodle substitute. Never knew they existed until i found them in some dehydrated ramen toppings.

When I opened the package it smelled highly of chemicals. Since they made a point of printing.. made of soybean and drinking water.. I didn't think that was right. Unless your drinking water contains battery acid...

I liked this product. Normally I use a more delicate Japanese bean curd sheets, but they are smaller and expensive. Unlike some reviews, they came as whole sheets and I was able to use as wrappers as well as in dishes that required cut pieces. The taste was as expected and I'm looking forward to using it in deep-fried and other exotic dishes.
