This supplement capsule includes a nice combination of general wellness supplements. I've been taking several of the included supplements for a while now and this makes it simple with an all-in-one formulation. Is it effective? I'd like to think so. It's not meant to be a miracle drug, but to help promote overall health and function. I do know that I've had no adverse reaction, so I will continue to take this supplement.I only have two minor gripes. The first being that the some of the included supplements are at a does quite a bit lower than what I've been taking and generally find elsewhere. The second is there's a little American flag emblem on the back leading one to believe it's produced in the USA. If you pull out a magnifying glass and interpret the blurry text, it says "formulated in the USA," and other fine print indicates it's manufactured in India. The latter is visible in the product photos, but the USA flag is not.

I tried many supplement and this one that work for me and i feel the different with other supplements.Easy to swallow and no after taste and gentle on stomach.Very effectives .Fast delivery.

I’m rating 3 stars because I haven’t felt any difference, took for 3 weeks. I stopped taking them for a week and will start back up. I’m going to try it without coffee in the mornings. See how that goes.

I've tried multi supplements for kava and maca mixes. This is as good as any others I have tried. I feel the extra energy when taking these supplements and when I leave my supplement mixes at home on a 1 week business travel trip I can feel the difference. Can't say these are better or worse than any other brands so really I just go for the ingredients and price per percent of ingredients.

There is little bit of kava

I reviewed online what the ingredients are suggested for. Decided to try. These are easy to swallow, no after taste, and seem to improve sharpness over time. Reasonably effective. Don’t expect pharmaceutical grade with anything similar to this - but maybe a nice little boost.
