Pdrfect Planner for me
I have used a number of planner/calendars over the years. When I started with Action Day, I had found everything I needed. Such a great addition to a phone-based digital calendar. I chose the one with a week visible at a time. It has places for notes and a system for organizing tasks. After a few years, I got a little bored with the first few pages that walk you through an exercise in determining your values and actionable objectives for the next year. On the other hand, the first few times I went through it at the beginning of the year, I found it quite revealing to get these kinds of thoughts down on paper. I would recommend this planner over others!

The project manager (and/or mom) saving grace
This is my second year using this planner and I can guarantee that next year it will be my choice again. Quality- great quality paper and just overall feel. Papermate pens can be used and they won’t bleed through. The hard cover has a very nice texture to it that not only feels great but also prevents me from dropping it when I’m running to a meeting and trying to jostle my laptop and 20 other things. It’s been thrown into suitcases, crammed into backpacks and still looks brand new.Being a project manager running multiple teams at once it was important to me that my planner not only have a task list but also a delegation list. This planner has both and space for due dates. I also didn’t want to have another planner separate from work but one that was all inclusive. The first part of the planner has you break down your goals and how you will get there and really hones in on being intentional. The timeframe goes far enough into the night that there is plenty of space for family reminders like kids sporting events, tutoring and everything else life throws my way.If you are looking for a planner with frills and stickers and all that jazz… this is not the planner for you. (Though multiple papermate pens do color code my life)If you want a planner that helps you get sh*t done… this is it!! The way it already lays everything out by priority and yet still keeps that pesky running task lists of all those “other things” is a game changer.

Still the best, but….
Like others have said, this is a GREAT planner. It has been my go to for several years, but…PLEASE bring back the 6 x 8 spiral bound planner.

Action Day Planner User since 2013
I have been a user of the 6x8 Action Day Planner since 2013. :) tried other planners a few years in between and ended up purchasing this only a month or two into the year. One wish I have is to have the diary section start earlier and end later. Example: start at 5-6 am and end at 9 to 10 pm.

Finally found a functional calendar for my to-do's
I've been searching for years for a planner that actually fit my style...not looks style, but "crazy, brain dump, to-do, reminder, don't forget" style. I'm a lawyer and my to-do list tends to be too long and hectic to use a "normal" list/planner. I put big to-do's in the far left column and then use the hourly schedule section to write scheduled calls & meetings, but also more important individual to-do's that I absolutely need to get done that week. I didn't think I'd use or like the delegation section, but I love it! It's a huge help to see if I've already delegated something or need to follow-up with a staff member. I use the goal/projects section on the bottom right for bigger overview things. I love being able to see the whole week laid out in front of me, but the actual day or week is less important. If I don't make enough progress on one week's items, I just keep using that week until enough items are done that I can jump ahead to the current week and start a new list. I waited to write this review so I could use it for a while; most calendars/planners last less than a month before I lose interest or they reveal themselves as completely useless. This one is a GIFT from the heavens and I actually just ordered 2021. Highly recommend this for scattered, busy people.

Perfect planner!
I have been using ActionDay planners for 15 years. I have been able to run multiple businesses simultaneously out of this planner. The design is great! I cannot imagine my life without it, just because the formatting works well with how my brain works. Once you try ActionDay, you might be hard pressed to go back to a different format.
