Ordered the replacement brush head as my old one just stopped working (a quick spin of the brush head and then stopped). Placed order at around 11pm on Saturday and there on the doorstep at around 11:00am was the replacement head. Works a treat so a very happy customer

This stopped working after about 3 uses. I am shocked that Dyson recommends this as a trusted supplier when it is obviously faulty. Dyson had a good track record on spares but this is not available directly from them any more. Very disappointing

Larger and slightly wider than the original one. But fitted and worked perfectly. Quality same as any Dyson product.

Dyson really are amazing. Their machines just continue to work, the spares are readily available, and the aftersales staff always happy to help

Only lasted 3 months!

This brush cost twice as much as a similar brush from another supplier which got a bad review. This one works really well and the quality is good, almost identical to the original Dyson brush which stopped working

This has stopped working, only bought in January 2025 please refund or let me know what is happening with this product.it should have lasted longer than 5months

Very good.My Dyson is working well now.It is still difficult to keep brush clean as a lot of pet hairs get wound up in the brush which requires cleaning it before the next use by dismantling the brush.

Che non sia come l’originale te ne accorgi subito. Ad esempio non è possibile smontare la spazzola per pulirla in tutti i componenti, lo sporco si accumula di più e ti costringe a più frequenti smontaggi, quando la metti in ricarica si piega da una parte. Tutte cose cui passarci sopra, anche se il costo è quanto l’originale e ti aspetteresti qualcosa in più. Il problema è che dopo 3 mesi la spazzola rotante è guasta, immobile, rendendo il Dyson una specie di aspirapolvere tradizionale… Restituita in garanzia. P. S.: è stato assai difficile trovare il modo di far valere la garanzia, mi è toccato partire da un ordine recente per poter parlare con il servizio clienti. Sembra che Amazon faccia di tutto per non darti ascolto.

Eigentlich wollte ich mir eine Originalbürste bei Dyson bestellen, doch die war nicht lieferbar. Also habe ich mich anderweitig umgeschaut. Mein Dyson Modell DC62 ist inzwischen in seinem 10 Jahr zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit im Einsatz und nun dreht die Elektrobürste nicht mehr. Auch ein vollständiger Ausbau des Antriebs mit Reinigung ließ die Bürste nicht mehr zuverlässig drehen. Ich vermute eine Lagerverstopfung mit Haaren. Da sich das Teil nicht weiter zerlegen ließ, musste also eine Ersatzbürste her - toll dass es sowas nach 10 Jahren noch gibt. Die Bewertung der gekauften Bürste bei Amazon war eher mäßig, aber sie war fast die einzig in Frage kommende im Angebot. Also ging ich das Risiko ein und bestellte diese Bürste. Bislang habe ich keinerlei Reue. Die Bürste war innerhalb von 3 Tagen nach Bestellung gut verpackt geliefert - ok der Amazon Auslieferer konnte wal wieder keine 15 Sekunden warten bis ich an der Tür war und hat das Paket einfach abgestellt, aber ich hab's ja bekommen. Die Elektrobürste sieht fast genauso aus, wie das Original und scheint mir auch genau so gut verarbeitet. Abmaße und design sind identisch, lediglich die Bürste hat 2 Borstenspiralen statt einer Borstenspirale plus einer kurzen Gummizahnspirale dazwischen. Ob das eine Abweichung zum Dyson Design ist, oder ob Dyson das Design in der Zwischenzeit geändert hat kann ich nicht sagen. Nach der Begutachtung kam der Einsatz. Nach 20 Minuten saugen bin ich mit dem Ergebnis zufrieden. Ich konnte keinen Unterschied zur Originalbürste feststellen. Auch der Ausbau der Bürste zwecks Entfernung der langen Haare, die sich um die Bürste wickeln war identisch (das mit den Haaren passiert bei der Neuen wie bei der Originalbürste). Wie lange die Elektrobürste hält kann ich natürlich noch nicht sagen. Aufgrund meines subjektiven Eindrucks ewarte ich aber keinen Unterschied zur Originalbürste.
