Honestly terrible, took it once a day for a month with zero noticeable effects. The taste is ungodly so normally I'd just choke it down and move on. Will not be buying again.

The media could not be loaded. Why am I not discovered this product a long time ago. This is so exhilarated refreshing and energizing. This is better than electrolytes. I mix mine and juices because I did not like it in the water but it works just the same. I feel energized and refreshed every time I have one of these. I put these on subscription just because it is so good. It makes me feel so refreshed, energized and alert. Just add one to 8 ounces of juices or tea or whatever you fancy. Maybe you like it and just regular water. But I just like a little flavor in mine. Try it this will make you feel so refreshed and energized.

Tastes terrible. Has dextrose and blackberry extract, including “natural flavor raspberry. “There is no name brand and no listing on if there’s any carbs in it.

I don’t know what this does because I feel absolutely no difference. Waste of money!
