can you cook these zoodles to make them feel more like noodles for pastas...does it taste good?

I blanch mine in boiling hot, salted water for a more "noodle" effect for about 3-4 minutes. Just enough to get them limp/pliable

How do you make julienne slices with the zoodle slicer, mine only look like ribbon shapes on both sides :(

Use the smaller blade (which makes the spaghetti shaped zoodles) and stop after one turn. If you keep turning, you will have an endless zucchini ribbon. I hope I understood and helped with your question.

Mine says it makes 2 shapes: noodles and Floras, but no instructions or clues about how to do the floras. Can someone tell me how?

There are 2 sides (top cone opening and bottome cone like opening) - one side makes noodles and the other side makes the floras. Just place the vegetable inside the opening and turn clockwise with a little pressure.

Where is book no book you photos shows one thing and read down you have to download?

I never got a book or download, plus plus 2 of the 5 blades were duplicates, so I only received 3 different blades.
