This set is so well made. They are deep enough for anything I wish to roast in them. I love the rack as well. The picture I am showing is the middle one of the set. I often cook a Cornish game hen for my boyfriend and my self and it fits perfectly into this dish even when I spatchcock it. Because of the rack the hen doesn't have to sit in the bottom of the baking dish and gets crispier. Having three sizes makes the set very functional. It cleans every easily and my food did not stick to it when baking. The way the sizes work they fit very easily into one another, making them easy to store, taking up very little space. And let me tell you, they are even prettier and sturdier than they look online. The handles on the side make them easy to get in and out of the oven. I have found my forever roasting set.

Now that I've used these since I received them, I can finally say, WOW! These are by far my favorite baking pans ever! They are thick enough without being extremely heavy. I could not find a flaw on any of them, not a scuff, chip or even a bubble. They are perfect. Beautiful too. I bought the set because the middle size one fits perfectly in my Wolfgang Puck oven. The racks included for each one is a great bonus, and are well made. The pans are fully coated inside and out, top to bottom except for the very bottom edges, as with any porcelain pan, which makes them non skid. I made lasagne which got burned onto the edges and dripped down and burned onto the bottom. Every bit of it came right off. Love, love love these pans. If I could improve them in any way, I would include a domed, fitted glass lid for each.

These are perfect! Heavy, solid and good quality. I love the slightly higher sides. Bake evenly and wash well in the dishwasher.

I really like these. I bought the large one for lasagna and have used to smaller two for things like au grain potatoes, roasted veggies, etc. I haven’t had any issues cleaning them. Let cool down, soak for maybe ten minutes and everything has come right off. I haven’t had any issues with cracking or breaking like other reviews. You can’t beat these for the price. They feel sturdy and well made. I’ve used them more than I thought I would.

I bought this set specifically to handle Christmas dinner for 15 people, and it absolutely delivered. Used all three pans throughout the day and they performed flawlessly. The large pan was perfect for a massive pan of stuffing. The 3-inch depth meant I could really layer it without worrying about overflow in the oven. The medium pan handled scalloped potatoes, and the small one did double duty - green bean casserole during dinner prep, then apple crisp for dessert later. The drip racks are what really sold me on this set. I used one for bacon in the morning (Christmas breakfast tradition), and another for roasting a pork tenderloin. The bacon came out perfectly crispy without sitting in its own grease, and cleanup was way easier than usual. Just lifted the rack out, dumped the grease, and everything went in the dishwasher. The double handles are a lifesaver when you're pulling a hot, heavy dish out of the oven. I have small hands and I could grip them comfortably even with oven mitts on. Carried the stuffing straight from oven to table without any awkward balancing. Nesting design is clutch for storage. I have limited cabinet space and these stack inside each other perfectly. Takes up about the same space as one large baking dish would. Heat distribution was even - no burnt edges or cold spots. The ceramic heats up evenly and holds heat well, which kept everything warm during our long dinner. Also, the ceramic is genuinely non-stick. Even the cheese that bubbled over on the scalloped potatoes wiped right off. They look nice enough that I left them on the table for people to serve themselves instead of transferring everything to serving dishes. The white ceramic with the subtle design is clean and modern. I've put them through the dishwasher multiple times since Christmas and they still look brand new. No scratches, no discoloration, no issues. Only thing to note: they're oven and microwave safe but NOT stovetop safe. Don't make the mistake of trying to use them on a burner. Best kitchen purchase I made all year. If you host holidays or cook for a crowd regularly, this set is absolutely worth it. The drip racks alone make it stand out from other casserole sets.

Exactly what I needed. These are very attractive and can be used to bake and serve right to the table. I like the rack inserts for meats. They are quite heavy but stack well together. I have yet to use them, but I think they will serve me well.
