The quality is really good. You can do many different exercises to exercise any part of your body. And I feel very effective after the exercise. I will insist on using it to exercise every day. It also looks very good and is suitable for display at home.

It was easy to assemble the amout of exercise i can do it's what I was looking specially been able to used weight plates I recommend this product.
