Well made not flimsy metal. I had to cut a new hole for recessing that’s the part that took me the longest. But once I had the frame set, the install was easy as pie. It looks good, fits plenty of items and I’m happy,

I just received and installed a Kohler 56000-NA Embark Premium 16"W x 20"H Rectangular Bathroom Medicine Cabinet. I bought this particular size because it fits perfectly between the studs (on 16” centers), so recessing it in the wall cavity was a snap. Installation was simple as could be. As it has a mirrored door, I was concerned about it getting damaged in shipping, but this proved not to be a problem at all. It was very well protected in shipping (Kohler puts in a box surrounded by strofoam and securely tapes shelves and miscellaneous hardware to this.). Amazon protected it further, by putting the Kohler box in one of their own. I will say that I measured the part of the cabinet that goes back in the wall and the height was a little shorter (less than an inch) than the size of the cutout indicated in the installation instructions. I suggest that you measure this carefully and cut the hold to fit the actual dimension to make it fit snugly. The finished installation looks great and it is now ready for my wife to occupy (and believe me….she’ll fill it right up!). In a nutshell, I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

Product is very well made and mirrors are all crystal clear. I already have 2 other Kohler medicine cabinets in my home and I am sticking with what works and holds up to daily use.

Very nice quality medicine cabinet. Solid and simple design makes it very versatile. The packaging and shipping has much to be desired from. The mirror arrived broken, but Kohler was accommodating to send the replacement
