Bought the 75kg version and it arrived promptly. Obviously if you weren't aware, the listing is for a flatpacked sandbag only - you have to provide your own sand. Would be unfair to ask postie to lug 100kg down the drive! The price seems quite steep with that in mind but its very competitive with the competitors so who am I to argue. The bag feels of a great quality and is a "bag within a bag" design and has a built in "funnel" and several fastening mechanisms so I don't feel like sand will come out. You can partially fill to start with and then upgrade over time - I started mine with 50kg as that's the weight I feel comfortable taking to the shoulder but I can add up to the 75kg capacity in time. I'd recommend the B&Q (or other retailers') kiln dried paving sand to fill it with. It's a little pricier than the sharp sand/play sand bags but as its already dry it means it's a doddle to pour into the bag and won't dry out and get lighter over time. I filled mine to weight by picking it up and standing on the bathroom scales with it - it's too wide to go on the scales on its own without obscuring the display so you need to lift it onto the scales then subtract your body weight. Training with it is a dream. It's a completely different type of weight that promotes a more full body strength. I like picking it up, getting it onto the knees, then getting it to the shoulder, but there are several workouts you can do with it including squats, and carrying it as far as you can etc. It feels a very high quality and I have no issues dropping it from shoulder height onto my garage's concrete floor, or my driveway's block pavers. No signs of wear etc.
