The strap is very easy to use. Makes doing my stretches and exercises much easier. The strap is adjustable for comfort.

The product may fine but there were no instructions with it. The advertisement shows a box but my order was in a clear plastic bg with nothing else.

It didn’t work for me as the strap hurt the bottom of my foot but that’s just me. Could work better for someone else
