So as a 70+ yr old on daily Oxy, I've tried several Canulas with my portable Oxy Concentrator. I gotta tell all of you that these are the MOST COMFORTABLE, durable, & effective ones I've ever used. The material is soft, flexible, comfortable & doesn't hurt my nostrils or behind the ears. It seems to actually deliver more Oxy than previous Canulas. These are my favorite kind of cannula. Other kinds have a harder type of plastic that touches your face, but not this kind. It's a very soft plastic. It can get twisted and kinked, mostly under the chin though, but that's easy to avoid. It also doesn't have the weird plastic tab under the nose like some brands have. They do have a strong plastic smell at first, but it goes away. These stay soft for a good while too. Of all the kinds I've tried so far, these are my top choice.
