I have been taking R-alpha lipoic acid for several months. I have tried many different brands. Many of those brands have reduced the quantity per capsule, but have increased the price. In the end, I would have had to take six capsules a day and the bottles containing them would have run out after 10 days. That became too pricey. I thought I would give this brand a try. It has rated A+ with the best I have used in the past. I only have to take two capsules, so this quantity should last for a couple of months. If you have found yourselves in the same situation as I have, you might consider giving them a try. I am very glad I did.

I use this everyday for nerve damage. Seems to be helping. I can definitely tell a difference if I miss a few doses.
