Ab rebound worker .
Having put together many items of furniture, this was a cinch , everything fitted perfectly and I'm now using it . Too early to say how effective it'll be .but I'll give it a fair trial .

Bits missing
No timer not may. Could have paid lot less for that have returned for a refund.

Product faulty
Product won't go together. Arm rest tube too long and spring dome buttons are too lose.and keep popping out each time you try and put the other side in.It would be better if the whole construction is metal tube.Have tried asking for my money back but it will cost more to send it back than the product cost... Avoid this product.

Cheap product. I've been using it for a week. Does absolutely nothing for your abs

Great than traditional AB roller
Easy to assemble. It does make it easier to roll too, so great for beginners. The arm supports are very good and help focus your effort in the right place. You will love sport, love excercise!!!
