You need this sauce. It’s the best and you will fall in love with it and crave it on everything!! The flavor profile is so unique and slightly sweet with a kick of heat. The price does seem steep but it’s comparable to the cost of buying and shipping from their website.

This hot sauce is one of a kind. Delicious! It is so flavorful that it is hard to believe that it has no salt. It has a nice heat level in my opinion. Not too hot by any means, but you do get some nice mellow heat. To me the predominant spice profile is cumin. I put some in a bowl of 16 bean soup that I made and it made it taste like chili. I bought 2 bottles and am excited to see that you can also order a 1 gallon jug of it! This is definitely a keeper. If you are like me and are trying to cut salt consumption then don't hesitate to try this. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

This is a great all around hot sauce. Not super spicy with a great flavor. Excellent hot sauce for those on a salt free diet. I will definitely be purchasing this again.

I LOVED Trader Joe’s chili sauce, and when it was discontinued I searched online for a replacement. Someone suggested the Palo Alto Firefighters sauce was very similar, so I eagerly ordered it.It’s absolutely as good or better. And the addition of two hotter versions is a huge bonus, since my only complaint about the old Trader Joes sauce was lack of heat!I buy a lot of hot sauces, to the point that my wife wants to buy a mini-fridge just for sauces so there is room in the refrigerator for food. These sauces are the best of the best.

Tastes great on anything. Nice flavor without the sodium. Highly recommend.
