Mango pineapple is my favorite. Smells and taste fruity. Easy to digest smooth texture. The quality is 10/10. Worth the price, will buy more and high recommend. I eat daily can also eat by itself or in smoothies. Easy to use. Great for my health and ph balance. Great from bringing up energy level.

it’s small, my fault for not reading. has definitely helped me bore more regular with my bathroom habits, i’ve never been able to go every morning with ease. i take two spoonfuls every morning on an empty stomach. this is one of the safer brands as cheap sea moss has the potential to be taken from polluted waters and containing high levels of heavy metals which can make you super sick. this one has not given me any bad side effects and my entire family currently has the flu going around, it’s been about a week and i still haven’t fallen ill so im going to say my immune system is probably reaping some benefits lol i would recommend this and since it comes from the ACTUAL SELLERS AMAZON STORE and not some random seller store i would trust its their real product and can back up their claims. it doesn’t give you the exact nutri info which sucks but i looked it up and the strawberry one has 1g of fiber in it. typically it’s .5mg with other companies, unless they use additives for flavor like a lot of juices and purées it can be up to 5g but then that adds in a lot of unwanted sugar, fat, etc. if you’re looking for something cheap id go with biolure, their strawberry flavor was gross eating it straight the first few days but now i don’t mind it. i much prefer eating it straight on an empty stomach but those with sensitive stomachs may not be able too.

I originally wrote to the company with some concerns after buying this product, but never received a response, so I'm putting this out as a warning for others to look into the company and manufacturing before ingesting this. Firstly, the cherry pie flavored sea moss looks bright red in the advertising, but arrived looking a weird brownish color and smelling like dirt, which is what prompted me to look into the company. The major concern for me is that the packaging claims it's manufactured in the USA, but there's absolutely no information on where the product is actually sourced. Even the cheapest products from the dollar store tell you where the product is made and manufactured, so this raised alarm bells right off the bat for me. Googling the LLC on the back of the jar shows that the company headquarters are in a cheap apartment building in West Covino, California (not Los Angeles, like the package claims). Is it actually packaged inside someone's apartment? Are they buying and white labeling the product from a foreign third party with lax health standards? Do they even have a factory in the US or ANYWHERE, for that matter? I don't know, but the whole thing is sketchy, and the company won't respond to me to provide any sort of reassurance. I won't be trying this product and encourage others to do their research before purchasing or ingesting.

I've been eating sea moss gel for a couple of years and thought I'd try this one when my usual supplier was temporarily "out of stock." Only 1 gram of sugar -- that's a plus, but it lost stars from me for the following reasons: #1. It's in a plastic jar, not glass. #2. The Mango-Pineapple flavor tastes like FISH. Thankfully, I had bought only the 4 ounce size, which I was willing to stomach through -- until I received the following wonderful note from the manufacturer. This tastes really good and is really good at helping a lot of issues in your body. It stays fresh for quite some time.
