Quality product
Quality product. Used in gelato making. Will also set jellies and jam. As instructions, very little required (approx. 3gm per litre, so you need an accurate weighing scales!).

Marbling
The delivery was fast. The product I got is for marbling, I used 5g of Carrageenan to 1Lt hot soft water. I mixed it by sprinkling the powder over the boiled water, mixing with a electric whisk. I put it in a 1Lt bottle allowed it to cool then put it in the fridge for 24 hours. I poured it out in a large 2Lt jug as it now was to jell-ivied so added !Lt of cool water and mixed again to thin it down. One could just used 2.5g of the powder to 1Lt water if your scales are up to it. The product is very good value and this time I brought the 500g tub. I'm very happy to recommend this product and company.
