Nice, but waistband tightening with washes!

Interesting description

Apart from the slightly misleading description of “bamboo” the label states otherwise, only 20% bamboo to 50% cotton, HOWEVER, these are actually really comfy, breathable and awesomely stretchy.The fit is right for the size, nice and thick and for the £7.99 price I really can’t argue and glad I bought two pairs. Well worth the money.

It took three washes to adequately reduce the petrochemical smell, they are see-through even without bending over, and the high waist is certainly high coming right up to my bra (I’m 161cm/5ft4). Not ideal.On the positive, they only have seams on the inner leg for a seamless crotch area, and the fabric is comfortable. But I won’t be buying these again.
