NOT BUILT FOR DAILY USE
We used our Arzum every day for a couple years or so.In the beginning, it was wonderful. Then over time, it started to poop out.* First thing, the plastic handle on the lid came off. The plastics they use just can't handle the heat.* Next, the filter/screen in the kettle filter broke off. Again, the plastics they use just can't handle the heat. Further, The filter/screen is part of the system that shuts off the unit after the water boils, so no screen means you have to watch the point or it will boil till the waters gone.* Last, the real deal breaker--it doesn't maintain the water at temperature as it sits.This was an expensive unit. It's good looking and functions wonderfully at the start, but isn't made to last.

great product but only 1 months use is broken :(
I am very happy my Turkish tea always ready hi I bought a month ago and it is not working the red light stop and now completely not working I would like to return however my return option is over 3 days ago if someone can help me to replace I ll be appreciated

No customer service no warranty!!!
I have bought it around 8 months ago, the tea pot's hangler is broken, and it is not possible to contact with customer service. Its written that product has 2 years warranty but you can not find anyone even to contact! So never buy this brand not worth it!
