Avoid at all costs.Product arrived on time. Using the ab pad noticed only the bottom 2 pads conduct electricity whereas the 2 upper pairs don’t conduct at all. Stickiness terrible.Gave 1 star as the two arm straps work fine.Can’t be bothered to send it back for the money I spent in it.Do not buy.

Effective muscular stimulation was delivered by the EMS. The device is simple to use simply apply the gel pads, choose the desired intensity, and it will function effectively and affordably. It’s sticks nicely

Couldn’t get to work as described

One of the pads isn’t working, is there a helpline I can contact?

I have used one of these before, sourced from an American company. This is much cheaper, and is the same product.This works by EMS (Electric Muscle Stimulation). My previous one recommended 2 x 20 sessions daily, though the blurb in this one says 2 x 12 mins, but I do 2 x 20, and the unit stops after 20 mins. This device is effective if you keep at it, and you should get some improved definition in 3 weeks. The unit comes with gel pads already fitted, and some spare ones too. You should change these after about 4 weeks. Note that the Modes relate to what part of the body you are working on. The default setting is for the waist and abs, but for the abdomen is the last setting Firm. Do not use this on your chest. I have not used the two arm units so far. I cover the pads with an acetate sheet when not in use.Press + and then M to select which mode you want. Then press + repeatedly to get the power level you want. Start off on 10 and work your way up to the 19 which is the max.I usually have to charge the power unit after two or three days. There are 3 power units and you can charge them all at once.
