I’ve had this about a month. A couple things you should know before buying and then I think you will miss a lot of the headache I had: -this will absolutely not run on something like a surface tablet or a relatively new windows system. You have to have windows 10 or 11 WITH INTEL PROCESSOR THEN TURN S MODE OFF. Please read that like 10 times and check because it took ChatGPT and I a little too long to figure it out (mostly me). The epson1800 is actually old so not compatible with new ARM processors. You need to look In your computer settings for system type ARM-based processor. If it says that don’t bother trying installing. The good news is you can buy an HP Laptop with Intel N150 processor with 4gb memory (then turn S mode off-Google it) for $150 and use it as a print mule. It’s slow but it does work. I just send my designs over Google Drive and upload the print mule and it’s fine. ChatGPt will explain if you have questions - it knew right away when I told it the right things. -second, you must follow the AcroRip settings literally to a T to get it to print anything at all. There’s not one single thing you can change and it will still Work. I tried nearly all of them both on purpose and by accident. It will send the job over and the printer will move but nothing comes out and you’ll want to scream. If you follow it 100% and don’t miss a single detail, the prints look really great. Pretty much the only thing you adjust on the print settings is the DPI and they show you which ones you can use. - last their customer service is fantastic. I’ve messaged them through Amazon about 10 times and get a very quick and friendly response that deserves a 5 star. They even offer remote help if you need it. They are in Bejing I think they said so just allow time for that obviously. I’d buy it again as long as I knew all of this beforehand, mostly the windows processor part. It feels perhaps a little deceiving to say it runs just on Windows alone when most new processors are ARM based (clearly this bothers me lol). But if you want a UV printer and this saves you money, go into it knowing it takes patience. Although I’ve heard that isn’t a unique thing with these printers.

This printer is fantastic! We had some setbacks at the start but the customer service team is wonderful. They are very helpful and once you start printing, you'll love it. I'm experimenting with bookmarks now and want sharing my test ones. The print quality is amazing!

MUST HAVE A WINDOWS BASED COMPUTER OR LAPTOP!!!! Something they do not inform you about! Also do not look for videos helping set up!!! None existent!!! All conversations must be done by WhatsApp, strange, odd…. However their tech support is in Beijing. This is something we in the USA need to be a little more patient with. “Alice” my support person was the best ever. Helped communicate with tech support. Had them fix printer dl all apps. So far we are a go!

I want to clear up my previous review, the problem was not with the seller. The problem was FedEx Ground and in my anger and some anxiety I have this seller a harsh review. After receiving the UV Printer some 7 days late and after MUCH discussion with FedEx they found the printer and delivered it. As I have now had time to setup and use the printer I realize the seller did EXACTLY what they said they would do. So after some time I thought I would clear the "air" so to speak. The printer works greats no issue aside from the software but that's a different story.

the customer service and product was excellent.. we had a small issue but they fixed it right away. I would buy from them again.
