Really pleased with this purchase. This is the first time I have used a dehydrator and it is very easy to use. The fruit that I have done so far has been perfect. I have had a couple of questions and have the the response from the seller really quick and helpful. For home use this has been great. My only wish now is that it had a delay timer on it or would run with a delay timer so that I could set it to run on my cheaper rates electricity but other than that it has been a great purchase.

I’m very pleased with this product. Not noisy and very effective dryer with good controls and is great value for money if you really mean to use it to preserve excess food quantities or to simplify storage for later use. Well sized for drying good quantities of food for 2 people. I generally dry 1kg of chopped carrots using most shelves then sliced shallots another time and it will comfortably do 2 large celery heads finely chopped but blanched first. Also excellent for mushrooms, mango and pineapple. Anything that might stick is worth buying the silicone sheets for such as mango, pineapple, onion, etc. don’t forget to wash the shelves and silicone mats especially after drying onion/shallots. If I had a family, I would go for a larger one perhaps 10 or 12 shelves.

i bought this machine to upgrade from a cheaper one, i was attracted to the overall size and good reviews, looked a lot bigger than my six tray one, or so i thought, the trays are a very small, you cant buy silicone mats so have to make them from bigger ones, in all, the capacity is probably less than the old six tray one, most of the internal space is taken up by the fan. its very hard to clean as the aluminium folds hold the food particles that are blown about by the fan, you have to turn off the machine to check on the progress of your items as otherwise it will blow out lots of product all over the kitchen. having said that its a very efficient tool and the light comes in handy, i do a lot of work with it and in the six months that ive had it, its never let me down, its given me a lot of pleasure, i suspect it will be robust enough for the next few years then ill look to replace it, as its a great price will not owe me anything. as a devotee of dehydrating for many years i would recommend anyone thinking of starting up to buy a cheaper one, preferably plastic.

It's an interesting device, that makes very little noise. First job was to dry out grapes. So far so good. Quality feel about this device

Great dehydrator from testing so far. It’s easy to use, simple to program, and has loads of space on the shelves, ideal for batch prepping. What I wasn’t expecting was the biblical swarm of flies it attracted. Left it running in the kitchen and within an hour it felt like a plague had rolled in like 70 to 80 of the buggers. Only a small packet of chicken drying on a single shelf. Clearly effective, but I won’t be using it indoors again. Curious how others are dealing with this? I'm thinking it’ll be strictly an outdoor job from now on, weather permitting.

This was just the best investment that I have done recently. Main reason I purchased it was to dry meat .I tried first with fruits and oven baked crisps. I was so surprised with the result much more better that i thought .I Highly recommend this product to anyone interested.

Bought this specifically for drying cookie icing.it’s been a game changer. Works brilliant I am able to dry one colour / layer of icing quickly before I add the next and avoid colour bleed . I use the lowest heat setting . It’s compact enough to fit on kitchen side but with 8 shelves I can dry a lot of cookies at a time.

Ich habe mir den Dörrautomaten mit Edelstahl‑Schalen gekauft, da mir eine saubere Verarbeitung und langlebige Materialien wichtig sind. Im Betrieb macht das Gerät auch einen soliden Eindruck: das Edelstahlgehäuse wirkt stabil, die Schalen sind gut zu handhaben und das Ergebnis beim Dörren von Obst bzw. Gemüse ist zufriedenstellend. Was mir gut gefällt: Das Material: Edelstahl statt billigem Kunststoff – das gefällt mir sehr gut, da Reinigung und Hygiene so einfacher sind. Die Dörrleistung: Das Gerät erzielt gute Ergebnisse beim Trocknen, gleichmäßiger Luftstrom etc. Größe und Ausstattung: Für den Alltag reicht es aus, viele Etagen/Schalen vorhanden. Was mich stört / was verbessert werden könnte: Anleitung nur in Englisch: Leider war die Bedienungsanleitung bzw. das Handbuch ausschließlich oder vorwiegend in Englisch verfasst. Das macht es für Menschen, die mit Englisch weniger vertraut sind, deutlich schwerer zu verstehen. Ein deutsches Handbuch oder zumindest eine deutsche Kurzanleitung wären sehr hilfreich gewesen. Fazit: Wenn man mit Englisch zurechtkommt und kein Problem damit hat, etwas auszuprobieren, bekommt man mit diesem Edelstahl‑Dörrautomaten ein gutes Gerät. Für Nutzer*innen, die ausschließlich deutschsprachige Unterlagen benötigen oder eine möglichst einfache Inbetriebnahme wollen, könnte der Einstieg allerdings etwas holpriger sein – hier würde ich mir vom Hersteller oder Händler eine deutsche Anleitung wünschen.

Je suis déçu il n'y a pas 10 plateaux mais 8 donc publicité mensongère, autrement l'appareil fait son job rien à dire, pour le bruit effectivement à éviter de mettre dans la pièce de vie.

Ora col lavoro, gli impegni quotidiani che tutti oggi abbiamo si finisce spesso a mangiare una merendina preconfezionata, dal dubbio valore nutrizionale e proteico. Ho deciso di dare una svolta a questa pessima abitudine, documentandomi ho trovato questo bel metodo per avere sempre sotto mano frutta, ma non solo frutta, ho optato per questo modello perché davvero molto capiente, si può disidratare 4 mele 2 banane un cestino di fragole e un arancio o due assieme, costruzione professionale tutto in acciaio inox, doppia ventola che garantisce un’uniformità di diffusione dell’aria che manca in altri modelli, le griglie sono leggerissime pratiche nell’inserimento quando sono state riempite. Davvero interessante è la silenziosità, avevo qualche timore fosse eccessivamente rumoroso e invece si dente appena e non da fastidio, di nota anche la costruzione robusta che da quell’idea di un oggetto fatto per uso professionale, fatto per durare nel tempo! Nella confezione è presente anche un ricettario in lingua italiana fatto molto bene, mi sta dando spunti interessanti provando con carne e verdure, per avere questi cibi sempre pronti a disposizione. Provate a disidratarvi le fragole e i mirtilli, poi al mattino Yogurt acido bianco o Yogurt greco e dentro un cucchiaio di questa frutta disidrata e mi direte se non ti cambia la giornata una simil colazione.
