This is the best probiotic on the market. I’ve had many issues with my gut, mainly driven by health conditions, but the worst was h.pylori and the hideous triple therapy with antibiotics used to treat it, that eradicates everything in the gut and destroys the biome completely, I had really bad issues after including pain, then earlier this year I had gastric flu, my bowels we’re all over the place for 3wks until I went back on these, complete change overnight. It’s by no means a cure, I will always have gut problems, but these make a very significant difference. Taking this probiotic following these. I have experienced zero negative side effects. You pay for what you get, it might seem expensive but to me it is well worth it. No other seems to contain the exact same combination. I do wish it was a little more affordable but the benefits very much outweigh the cost for me. I has tried others but have not benefitted and if anything have been left with bloating and some worsening of IBS.

I purchased two bottles of these probiotics despite the high price, mainly because of the excellent ingredient profile with 50 billion CFU across 14 strains and fully vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and soya-free. However, I was disappointed with the packaging. Both bottles arrived without any external seal around the cap and no internal seal inside the lid either. This means the bottles could technically have been opened before I received them, which made me feel uneasy about using them. Given the cost and the availability of similar high-quality probiotics with better safety seals, I am unlikely to repurchase. A solid formula, but let down by poor packaging.

I don't think I'd be able to conclusively comment on the efficacy for my immune system, but I do understand the importance of a healthy microbiome for many of the body's essential functions. I like that this supplement contains a wide variety of vital gut bacteria and that they're able to survive stomach acids to reach the colon. The tablets are vegan and don't contain any ingredients or additives which can irritate or upset sensitive digestive conditions. I'm always a little nervous when taking something new like this, but have had no adverse reactions and although the tablets are large, as shown in the description, they're easy to swallow with a glass of water. I take mine once a day after eating so that I don't notice anything in my stomach other than my meal. There are 30 tablets in the tub and it will be interesting to discover if there are any noticeable improvements in my digestive health after a month. On the basis that they contain billions of live essential gut bacteria and that they're convenient to take, I'm happy to recommend them to others to try.

Das Produkt lässt sich gut einnehmen und ich musste auch keinerlei negative Nebenwirkungen fest stellen, aber ich hätte mir schon gewünscht, mit diesem Nahrungsergänzungsmittel mehr Verbesserungen meines Körpergefühls erreichen zu können.
